2. Harold Grønnevik is scheduled to conduct the service on the 10th of August. Peter will re-confirm this.
3. The Synod representative for western Norway was supposed to come from Stavanger this cycle, but it was not possible to find someone able to commit themselves this year. The floor was opened for nominees from Bergen- to at least cover this coming year. Penny was nominated and willing to serve in this capacity. Rune was also nominated, and a message was left with his answering machine, asking if he would be interested. Peter will follow-up and contact Oslo prior to the deadline for submitting the list of attendees to the Synod meeting 19-21 September.
4. Janet Heil will conduct the service in Bergen on the 22nd of June. She will need a place to stay.
5. With the exception of the SNRV Bible, the books that Peter was to purchase to enhance our library will need to be ordered through Amazon (or the like) as they are out of print.
Other Business

A remaining gap is instructions for the lay assistant, which Penny agreed to prepare.
9. Bergen Guide has omitted all references to churches outside of the Norwegian church.
